Residenza Viramonte is a lovingly maintained holiday resort with six houses in the typical Ticino style. It is located on a sunny hillside above the village of Vira and offers a wonderful view of Lake Maggiore and the impressive mountain panorama. The park-like grounds cover 16’000 m² and create an atmosphere of well-being and relaxation.
All apartments feature a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom or shower, free WiFi, and a balcony or terrace with lake views, plus a parking space or garage.
A generous pool (20 x 8 m) with a sun lawn, numerous sun loungers and parasols invites you to spend relaxing hours.

Lively weekly markets in the region: Luino (Wednesday), Cannobio (Sunday), Verbania-Intra (Saturday) and the large market in Bellinzona.
The Isole di Brissago on Lake Maggiore are home to a unique botanical garden with plants from around the world – reachable by boat from Ascona or Brissago.
Numerous marked trails lead through the chestnut forests of Gambarogno, up to Monte Gambarogno or down to the lakeshore.

Location & Arrival
Perfectly situated: relaxation in nature, yet everything within easy reach.
Motorway A2 to Bellinzona Nord exit, then cantonal road along Lake Maggiore towards Gambarogno (approx. 20 min).
Train to Magadino-Vira station, then bus to Vira (Gambarogno). Stop Scesana (Bus 326 and 330), approx. 150m from the property.
